The VIP membership is automatically renewed. However, if you choose to cancel your subscription or if your payment processor refuses the payment, your subscription will expire. Whenever you delete a file, it is moved to the "Trash" folder. Files from the "Trash" folder are still on your FileSnack account. If you delete the file(s) from "Trash", we remove them from our server forever. This operation cannot be undone.
Sharing
1. Can I share files with non-FileSnack users?
Yes, you can share files with anyone, even with non-FileSnack users, by activating the sharing options and sending them the link to your file or folder. The link can be accessed by anyone, even without a FileSnack account.
2. How do I share a file or folder?
The quickest method to share a file is to drag&drop it onto FileSnack homepage. The file will be automatically uploaded to your account and you will be provided with the sharing options right there on the home page.
Another option to share a file or folder from FileSnack is to sign in to your account and go to "My files". Then, just click on the file or folder you want to share and activate the sharing options on the right panel. Once you do that, you will be able to set the privacy (public or private) for the file you want to share. Also, the ShareSnack link will become available. You can copy that link and send it by e-mail, IM, or you can share it with your friends on Twitter and Facebook.
Please keep in mind that once you shared a file, the file is public and can be accessed by anyone who has that link, so please be careful about who you share your files with.
You can unshare a file or folder anytime. To learn how, please read the next FAQ.
